(Make the most of a low cost Internet advertising method)
Advertising had long since been a major determinant of a business' success. This would include the presentation of the product / service to the consumers. What really matters is how it is presented to the target market to be able to capture it.
Whatever the package, the ad media also plays a great role in determining the success of the product or service awareness.
What may be its advantages over other proven medium like the best-selling TV ads?
Advantages
1. Low Cost
Eventhough the Internet ad might be viewed as "classy" or far-reaching, as compared to other medium, this is far cheaper than most. Internet Ad Packages are offered for as low as $29.99 for a one-month run-time period.
2. Capture market
Should your product / service aim to cater to the younger generation or the corporate-oriented ones, Internet ad would be best since they would always be "hooked-up" into the net surfing sites that might have a link to your very own. Result, a great number of "hits" on your site!
2. Hassle free
All you would ever really need is a PC (and some knowledge and bright ideas in forming your site) wherein you could open your site, search for the best Internet Ad package, and check / update the status of your ad. You may actually never have to leave your home to advertise!
3. Updated ads
Unlike the TV ads that need to be updated on a regular basis, Internet ads may run for quite some time without the need for change. If so, change in the site is very minimal and may be done easily at home.
Disadvantages
1. Scope
Limited market may be captured if one would solely use the Internet Ad for advertising. Although most people now are into the use of technology, i.e. surfing the Internet, still, majority of the average consumers still relies on the old form of advertising as a means of gathering information about certain products / service.
2. Additional cost
If one would enlist the help of another professional or establishment to produce the site for their product or service, this would entail additional costs on the part of the entrepreneur.
Given the stated list of advantages and disadvantages about low-coast Internet Ad, an entrepreneur may now weigh in its applicability to his / her product or service.
The aim of Internet ad is to offer the widest range or "Maximum Exposure" of the brand at the least possible cost. Now, does that not sound good or what?

Anyone who has been marketing online knows that the lifeblood of a business is the traffic of a site. More visitors equal more sales. However, here are some ways that you can tweak your sites with to improve sales without the need to get more visitors.
The first method is to weave in your personal touch in your sales message. Nobody wants to be sold to by a total stranger, but many people will buy what their close friends recommend to them. If you can convince your audience that you are a personal friend who has their best interest at heart, they will be convinced to buy your products. Remember to speak to an individual in your salesletter, not to your whole audience.
The second method is to publish testimonials and comments from your customers. A good idea would be to publish both good and bad comments; that way prospects will be really convinced that these testimonials are real. When prospects see testimonials on your website, they will have the confidence to buy from you because human beings follow the herd mentality; when others have bought and proven it authentic, they will jump on the bandwagon and buy too.
Use visual representations for the problems and solutions that your product offers. Not everyone will read your text copy from the head to the tail, but most people will pay attention to images on your website.
Offer quality bonuses to accompany the product. When you offer bonuses that complement your product, your prospects will feel it's a very good deal and it would be stupid to miss it. Be sure to state the monetary value of your bonuses so that people will be even more compelled to grab your good bargain.
Lastly, ask for the sale! Many people entice their prospects with the benefits of their product, sell to them with stories of how it has solved many problems, even offered killer bonuses but forget to ask for the sale. Give a clear instruction on how to buy your product (e.g. "click the button to buy now!").

So you want to make money from home. Maybe you want to work at home being your own boss enjoying the leisurely lifestyle of the rich and famous? Great goals! But what kind of business do you want to start?
The perfect homebased job or home business for you might be something in which a machine does all the work!
Some of the best home businesses are those in which a machine does most of the work for you. One great example is a telemarketing business in which an auto dialer or predictive dialer makes all the calls for you. You just retrieve the messages or leads to promote your business or someone else’s business (for a fee, of course). Your home business can charge by the lead that you sell or for the service of making a certain number of calls. Theoretically you could even work at home selling auto dialers or leasing them.
Machines range from a very modest investment of a few hundred dollars to several thousand and there’s no rule that you have to use only one machine. Once programmed, the machine calls and calls and calls prospects. When it obtains a “hit”, it captures the information for you.
This type of business underwent dramatic change after the government implemented tough anti-telemarketing laws. One very important aspect to this type of home business is to be sure you comply with federal regulations concerning telemarketing. There are rules to follow when calling and you must be sure not to contact phone numbers on the national Do Not Call Registry. The Direct Marketing Association http://www.the-dma.org/ publishes a great guide http://www.the-dma.org/guidelines/tsr-guide.pdf that is very helpful, and you can also obtain information from the federal government’s Do Not Call program and Do Not Call List Do not call list: https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/
For other great businesses that can be run from home or work at home jobs in which companies will PAY you to do various types of phone work, visit http://www.moneyfromhome.com. You’ll find a huge selection ranging from sales to customer service, appointment setting to taking reservations as you work at home. You can even be a virtual concierge working from home.
Fifteen other great Home Businesses that can benefit from Auto Dialing:
• Getting lists for a real estate agency
• Creating Insurance Leads/Promoting an Insurance Agency
• Selling security alarms
• Promoting carpet cleaning or selling leads for carpet cleaning
• Your own general lead generation business
• Political promotion
• Creating mortgage leads
• Creating MLM or Business Opportunity Leads (they can never get enough!)
• Providing an appointment confirmation business for medical practices
• Appointment reminder service
• Selling an Prescription Reminder service for pharmacies
• Selling Satellite Dishes
• Taking surveys, market research, customer follow-up
• Promoting other services, such as dating services, restaurants and much more. Use your creativity!
• Pill reminder service for the elderly, check on elderly and shut-ins.
Perhaps this list will inspire you to think of your own ideas for a great way to make money from home with auto dialers.

AdSense is an easy program to grasp: it's a great form of an advertising bringing a lot of benefits to every person in the chain. And of course, seeing the results it can have on a business (and a publisher) people encourage this form of publicity. For the browsing audience this is probably the most straightforward model available, because they can be directed to a lot of new sites they wouldn't have otherwise found. Needless to say, if you have an AdSense banner on your site, and a large number of visitors you'll know it offers a great financial benefit. But why does it work for the people clicking the links, as opposed to a standard approach?
It is aided by today's society. With bloggers and information based articles on the internet, people may be encouraged to complete purchases, which adsense can provide links to relevant suppliers whilst also benefiting the publisher.
And the good thing about this is that it works for site visitors as well. In fact Google realized that by pleasing the people who are looking for something, and directing them to what they need faster, everybody wins.
It is because of this that a lot of websites promote through AdSense in both content and search. They do it because they ultimately learned that it works for everyone. If we look in the past, we can realize that this kind of publicity has a great impact over the people, especially in the last few years. When we enter on a web site and we see a graphical banner, our first idea is to cancel it out of our mind, because it's of no concern to us.
That's why traditional banner advertising is wrong. It's precisely because people are becoming savvy that they don’t look at a flashy banner because they think they'll be losing their time with it. We've gotten accustomed to banners that don't interest us. And we're accustomed to them having nice graphics. So we naturally associate the two things and think that a banner with nice graphics has nothing to tell us.
But we might look at a text-ad because we've grown accustomed to them being targeted at what we're looking for. Basically these advertisements have marketed themselves into being looked at by any visitor.
This is a typical "no fluff, just stuff" situation. And in the end it means the visitors will see what they're interested in, not some random cool graphics you throw at them.
As stated above, site visitors adopt this advertising mechanism, because it is efficient in leading them to pages of interest and can offer ton of things they really want to see. Someone coming across an article on adsense was probably looking for shoes or doing research on shoes when they came across the article. And most importantly for everyone, including visitors, this scheme can only improve as the process gets further refined to make ads more relevant to what you're looking for, not just a couple of keywords on a site.
Nowadays, it is because of AdSense that Internet surfers are looking after more interesting related things from banners, and the companies behind the site (Google and the advertiser) need to have better ideas to display, as expectations have increased a great deal. So could "Do no evil" actually work in today's cut throat competitive marketplace? Well, as you can see it can and it does. And you, as a visitor are the one who gets to enjoy this the most. Advertising becomes less of a burden and more of a benefit, and is still a benefit you can choose to ignore.
Less obtrusive banners; banners that you're actually likely to be interested in and click means you'll be less annoyed by surfing the web and feel like you as a visitor being offered a relevant service.
Although some may feel reluctant to read articles that are there purely to compel consumers, undoubtedly without this consideration they are useful. Ultimately the adverts mean that you don’t have to go back to your homepage every time you are compelled to complete a purchase.

Make money affiliate marketing. Make 1000's per month fast and easy. Top affiliates make 2000-3000 per day.
Any of this sound familiar? Maybe I exaggerated a little, but you've heard the song, right? There are a lot of possible (stress on "possible") ways to make money online. Because it can be a very low cost way to get started, learning how to affiliate market is often touted as a great game for newbies. To a shark marketer, newbie is another word for "fool". Every single person getting into internet marketing goes through the newbie stage. Quite a few never make it out of the newbie stage no matter how much experience they gain and how knowledgeable they become.
Let's define something here - in this context I'm using fool in the sense of "a fool and his money are soon parted." The burning desire to escape from a dull, boring job that sucks up your lifespan but keeps you in misery can make us all foolish. We want to get rich and get free. Now. That "now" is also part of the definition of "fool."
You can not get rich overnight (except, maybe, through inheriting, gambling or theft). Repeat after me: There is no such thing as a free lunch. There is no certain, easy, fool-proof way to get rich fast for the average person.
Most internet "marketers" don't make any significant amount of money. And by most I don't mean 50.1%. I mean something like 95 to 98%. This is just reality. This is why all those websites with examples of earnings are required to have disclaimers - you know, the stuff in light grey that goes - "these results are exceptional and are not meant to indicate the results the average buyer can expect..." - or whichever set of weasel words are used.
Now, if affiliate marketing were all that easy, those numbers would be a lot different wouldn't they?. So why is affiliate marketing pushed on newbies? It is a nice low cost entry point. Kind of like a free sample from a drug dealer. When it turns out to be just a bit harder than anticipated, why then there are courses, ebooks, tools, other forms of marketing - backends galore. For the sharks to sell to the increasingly desperate.
Also, beginners do send traffic and enough beginners sending a little traffic, even if it's not well targeted will cause some sales. This is good for the marketers if not for the affiliates. Even a few hundred affiliates who make one or two sales a month does nice things to the marketer's bottom line even if it won't be making the affiliate rich and free overnight.
Maybe that's overly cynical - probably very few marketers are doing this consciously. They may recognize, understand and profit from the reality, but for them, the better an affiliate does, the more money they make. But maybe not so much better that the affiliate no longer needs courses, ebooks, etc, promising ever better, easier, faster money? Are you getting the idea that maybe most of those ebooks and courses aren't telling you everything you need to know?
Let's say you are a relatively regular type person without a huge amount of experience or a lot of money to invest. Can you actually make money doing affiliate marketing? Or is it really a foolish thing to try? First, go back up there and reread that fourth paragraph (no free lunch, remember?) a few times. If we've put that easy, instant overnight riches things out of our heads, then if you are willing to learn a few things, not rocket science either, and if you are willing to work, then even if you have no significant money to invest, the answer is yes. You can actually make money. It is not instant, but it can be faster than you might expect. It is not easy, though again, it doesn't require genius, actual regular people can do it.
I don't have the space to spell it all out here. But, as an example, you can do affiliate marketing with articles and free ads and if you put in the time and effort, the money will come. It costs nothing to submit articles. There are good places such as USFreeAds where you can submit free ads. Yes, you need to learn some things but it's largely a question of following a steady, repetitive pattern. Doing it over and over and remembering that there isn't a destination, an end point really. You're involved in process when you do affiliate marketing. Keep at it.
I can hear it now - "I can't write an article", "I can't write an ad". Oh yes you can. Read ads, read articles, read sales copy, read your emails from the gurus. Don't copy them word for word (I know email marketers often send out affiliate mailing without changing a word, but that isn't smart). Rewrite them in your words. Imagine you're talking to a friend. Whatever works. And gets you going. You will learn, you will get better. But you have to start - AND you have to continue. No more starting something and dropping it for the latest big thing.
Hopping from one thing to another program to another course to a new tool and going around and around looking for the magic all-in-one super-duper easy riches answer, is one reason the success numbers are so pathetic. So sorry, but making money on the internet, through affiliate programs or anything else requires, work, consistent effort and stretching yourself.
You can do it, but you have to want it more than you want to watch TV, surf the net mindlessly or daydream about getting rich. If you're ready to put in the time and the effort then learning how to affiliate market could be the fool's game for you to play and - this time - end up a laughing winner.

The gun-wielding thugs who robbed NBA star Antoine Walker in his Chicago home this month could be the same crooks who ransacked Eddy Curry's suburban home, authorities said yesterday.
Chicago police investigators continued to work with cops in nearby Burr Ridge to establish if the same trio of thugs was involved in both crimes.
"There are similarities: You have two pro ballplayers, you have jewelry and you have cash. We're not going to rule it out," said Chicago police spokeswoman Monique Bond.
Neighbors described seeing unfamiliar cars circling the secluded suburb in the weeks leading up to the Saturday home invasion, in which Curry, 24, his wife and an employee were bound and robbed at gunpoint by three thugs.
The masked men stole jewelry and cash, but nobody was harmed, law enforcement officials said.
"Almost every day we have people - lookers, we call them - and they just drive by and look at all of our houses," said neighbor Kathy Bernatowicz, 53, who estimated seven home invasions have occurred this year. "We never knew if they were casing the place or taking a tour of the homes."
Burr Ridge Mayor Garry Grasso said the crooks did not force their way into Curry's $6.2 million home.
"The door may have been unlocked or the garage was open, but there's no indication they forced their way in," he said.
